Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on https://aashugmasale.com. Domestic (India) orders are fulfilled by Aas Muhammad, trading as Aashu G Masale. International orders are fulfilled by our affiliates, Aashu G Spices LLC (United States) or Aashu G Spices Ltd (United Kingdom), depending on your delivery location.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within [PROCESSING_DAYS] business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. As our spices are freshly ground/packed, some orders may take slightly longer during high-demand periods — we will notify you if there is a delay.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivered via Shiprocket.
• Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Avaliable for most location, subject to pin code Serviceability.

3. International Shipping (US, UK & Other Regions)

• Delivered via Reputed International Courier Partner.
• Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping charges: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order from the My Account section.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, or the recipient being unavailable, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, contact us within 24 to 48 hours days of delivery at support@aashugmasale.com with your order number and photos, so we can assist you. See our Refund Policy for resolution options.

7. Areas We Do Not Deliver To

If your delivery area is unserviceable, you will me notified at checkout and unable to complete the order.
