Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on https://aashugmasale.com with Aas Muhammad, trading as Aashu G Masale (India), or our affiliates Aashu G Spices LLC (United States) and Aashu G Spices Ltd (United Kingdom) for international orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only for:

• Wrong item delivered.
• Damaged or defective item on arrival.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, and are not eligible for refund outside the cases above.

3. Proof Required for Damage/Wrong Item Claims

To process a damage or wrong-item claim, you must submit an unboxing video along with clear photos of the package and the affected item, within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, to support@aashugmasale.com with your order number.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI. Our customer support team will contact you to collect the necessary details to complete the refund.

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, Aashu G Masale will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead refuse the delivery when it arrives, and it will be treated as a return subject to this policy.

7. Missing Items in an Order

If an item is missing from a multi-item order, we will issue a partial refund for the value of that item after our team verifies the claim.

8. Bulk Orders & Combo Packs

Bulk orders and combo packs are subject to specific return and refund rules. Refund eligibility may require returning the entire pack or the full bulk quantity, rather than individual items within it.

9. International Orders

International orders are shipped via reputed international courier partners. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance. Any applicable import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable by Aashu G Masale.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, with an updated "Last updated" date.
